Nobody who I seen streaming actually created a player. The most I got was guys buying haircuts for basically generic premade guys, and while they look pretty good, I'm still a little worried about what I saw in that art trailer.

Us only having access to a selection of noses, eyes, lips, etc rather than full slider control, would be a step backward in my opinion. Does anybody know if the preset parts are editable like last year where we can select a default set of lips then scale them or if we just select from a larger list of presets.

I'm not gonna jump out the window and say I'm skipping this year if the latter is the case, but I'm definitely gonna cancel that Legend Gold preorder and go with the standard version of the game.

The CAP system did take a step back for whatever reason this yr, but its improved since the latest patch that was put out, so if your good at CAP, you will still get a descent, not great CAP. Im surprised they took such a step back this yr in this area, because it wasnt that good to begin with, when comparing it to the CAP that MLBTS has. These are the only 2 games I play, so not sure what other sports games CAP is like, but NBA2k did take a step back in this area which wasnt all that good to begin with imo.

As far as not buying the game due to this, I wouldnt go that far. The gameplay in itself, is probably the best overall of any basketball game ever made. So I wouldnt miss out on this years game, due to the CAP taking a step back.

Re: New CAP system

Do you guys know how the wingspan numbers work? Do they represent inches? For example if I want to create someone with 7' wingspan would I put it at 84 or do I make sure that the shoulder width plus wingspan add up to 84?(Example shoulder width 34 + wingspan 50 = 84)

50 = 3 inches longer than their height, so if you’re 7’0” and you have wingspan at 50 then your wingspan is 7’3”. Then every 7 ticks is an inch. So if you wanted to make that 7’0” player’s wingspan 7’4” you would make his wingspan 57. You understand? It’s kind of hard to explain.

What is up with all the CAP receding hairline styles? It's like the 2K artists are all balding and want everyone else to feel their pain.

Hey man, that's low. We can't all have a luscious hairline.
