Yes, if you're remotely concerned about player model proportion and capturing the aesthetics of an athlete, then you should care about proper hips to shoulder ratio, limb length, including size of various body parts so things look realistic.

I personally don't care about accessories, but I'm always glad there are those that do care that choose to point them out.

Bro like I said it's totally fine if you aren't that concerned about graphics. Nobody in here is bashing the art team or calling them lazy or trying to be toxic, we're just trying to give some feedback on what they can improve. 2K has definitely already made some improvements this year, but there's always things that can be fixed or worked on. If they can't then it's not the end of the world because the game still looks really good, but we have the right to give our feedback just like with gameplay. You don't have to come in every art thread trying to attack us, nobody is doing anything wrong. At the end of the day, we all want the game to be as realistic as possible and that's what's most important.

Agreed. Biggest player model issues for me..
1. Legs way too short
2. No butts
3. Tiny waists.
