I'd like the AI in association mode to be more realistic. Im speaking of how the front ofice operates, not the on the court play. Below i've devised a list of front office types (with Examples of teams & executives that suit that style). That I think can be applied to all teams. I think this would make offseasons, especially the draft more esxciting. It would also play well into trade deadlines.

On another subject I would like the Roles of players to be a little less random or have their personality tie in more to their reactions. I would also like to be able to have players re-negotiate contracts.

3 team trades, throw some elbows. barkley magic and shaq at halftime talking about adjustments. players that retire later can become coaches. different rulesets for association like putting handchecks in if you want forearm defense etc or you can have modern day rules etc. 3 point contest and 2k9 style dunk contest. 4 years worth of ncaa college players to draft.
