NBA LIVE just dropped a 2019-20 update

2k is the main game I buy yearly. But I definitely don't want Live to be cancelled either.
One, I believe competition is best for any game. Look at the games without competition. Madden and MLB the Show doesn't have competition. They aren't really pushed to be innovative. Some can say what they want about Live, but I don't think 2k wouldn't have added WNBA if Live didn't.
I believe that Live puts a major focus on next gen that they can close the gap.

I definitely do no want them to cancel. I bought Live and not 2K this year. The Live series was my game growing up, 95-97 specifically. It just feels like that's what's happening.

sorta OT, but as someone that grew up in the 90's-00's the dwindling variety of sports games to choose from bums me out. there was a time when MLB, NBA, and NFL had at least a few titles available yearly... now it seems all 3 leagues are down to either 1 or 2 at the most. i find it especially bad in the NBA's case as it's more popular than ever nowadays.

It shows to because NHL and madden are also worse then they used to be and in some ways madden during ps2 still does some things better then madden now and mlb has not done much this gen.

I think it's "disrespectful" by EA Sports to their fans to not announce anything about their game. Yes, it's DIS-RESPECTFUL. They have to say something.. They have to be honest about the cancellation of delaying of the game. I studied management and marketing, this is a very bad strategy in terms of communicating with their fan base. You gotta inform them. That's marketing 101. Saying nothing is beyond stupid, it's 2019. You can communicate with your fan base via any channel. It's very easy. Do it EA
