Re: -Official New York Knicks Thread-

Almost blew another one. Pulled it out in OT, but man, what is with this team in the last 5 or so minutes of the game? I've never seen anything like this.

Re: -Official New York Knicks Thread-

I've noticed that these young, ex-point guard coaches are really doing good jobs this and in past years (Terry Porter, Doc Rivers, Scott Skiles, Byron Scott, Nate McMillan, etc.) Since he is such a great analyst, and an ex-Knick, does anyone think that Greg Anthony would be a pretty good fit for the Knicks job? (If they don't get Phil, or Larry Brown) I'm not sure if he would be willing to do it but he really knows the game and I think the players would listen to him.

Might as well throw some money at Bill Bradley while we have a chance.

Not a bad idea. I'd still prefer Phil Jackson or Larry Brown first, but bringing in Greg Anthony might be a nice idea. The only issue with Anthony is that he wasn't considered a very good player like Porter, Rivers, Skiles, Scott, and McMillan. It would be harder to sell Anthony to the fans at New York (though that doesn't matter. What matters is winning).

But, if you want a point guard then we already have one that doesn't want to coach. I know people have felt that this all-time great has been a terrible coach, but maybe it's time for him to finally get off the leather seats and move to the bench.

If not him, where's Mark Jackson or Derek Harper? I'd love to see them in coaching.

Re: -Official New York Knicks Thread-

Well, I was ready to give my "why do I even bother watching this ****ty team play. Every time they get your hopes up, they fall apart and let you down" rant, but we pulled out a nice win tonight after blowing a big lead.

That's 3 straight, need to keep it going.
