Re: Official Minnesota Timberwolves Thread

Spree finally had a decent game I think he had like 22 in the third quarter, and 32-33 in the game.

flip is somewhat to blame kinda too...the t'wolves have really gotten bad defensively

and this is essentially the same unit as last year, there should be no reason their D is getting as bad as it is compared to last year

Re: Official Minnesota Timberwolves Thread

I was glad to see us beat Denver last night but I still think a deal needs to be done. KG and some interesting comments though. I am glad to see him step up, although I dont think he deserves much blame:

Following the Timberwolves' victory over Denver on Wednesday night, Kevin Garnett said "Fire Flip Saunders? Phil Jackson is gone. Flip is the best coach in the league. You want to put blame on our not playing better, blame me first." -- Minneapolis Star Tribune

yea i definately dont blame flip, i blame spreewell for his stupid whiney ego and constant inconsistancy, and cassell might as well retire, hes injured every other game. i hope we get a deal done but i doubt it. hopefully we will get out of this funk and turn things around but if nothing happens and we continue to lose, i imagine it will be an interesting off-season.

I agree about Spree and Sam and that I dont think a deal will get done. Do we get our first round pick back this year? We could use it
