I'm still perplexed on this one. I have no clue who this should be, because even if it is Josh Woods, with an incorrect year, his rating is extremely high for his abilities. However, a couple of Utah's other CB's got shafted on ratings. Utah has the best secondary in the MWC. Not sure how to handle this one.
