#3 QB Ike Whitaker (was suspended for part of the spring but will be given the chance to be the starter)

If it already hasnt been done for OU add Jonathan Nelson a 4 star CB and add Quinton Carter a safety who graduated early. Also I dont know if you want to waste a cap on a punter or just change mike knall into juco punter Michael Cohen who will most likely start for OU since Knall sucks.

Also for Illinois it would be great to add Isiah Williams a 4 star duel threat QB.
