You are supposed to match the number to the number on the right. Moving the slider itself to the right would basically turn teams like Air Force and Navy into an Air Raid team.

I didn't see anyone post these, so I'm posting the coaching changes for the upcoming season. There should be 31 total coaching changes (much higher than usual).

Hopefully the formatting ends up looking reasonable and this helps anyone that wants the info. If I inserted a period in a name, the filter wasn't allowing it otherwise.

I just tested against ga tech, and with how my sliders for coaches are set, they ran the ball almost every play.

That's probably because they have almost all rushing plays in their playbook so you lucked out. You move the slider to the left to increase rushing. The number on the right side needs to be higher for rushing teams.

This is an important point. The slider impacts play selection but it doesn't actually make a team 100% one way or another. I play tested with an Air raid team. They ran the ball about 60% of the time when set to run max and passed 95% of the time when pass was maxed. I don't know if the playbook type (Air raid etc...) determines this or the number of play types in a playbook. Also the score and down determine the plays.

im confused about the defensive aggression. do i just subtract by 20 or do i need to set it to 20-25?
