New dynasty starting as the OC for Fresno State and hoping to slowly move up the food chain.

Derek Carr and Davante Adams against Mountain West defenses should be considered a crime in all 50 states.

Yes it should. They shredded me in year one.

On a side note. Its so hard not to go to another school. I am really thinking if Nebraska or Tennessee come calling I am gone. It will probably be a few more seasons if they do but damn its not supposed to be so hard to stay at a lil school..

I wouldn't leave unless I got a dream job offer from a powerhouse school that has fallen off a little bit.

I think I might have to stay at Fresno for a while even though I'm just the OC. The recruiting class I pulled together so far is incredible, including the #1 QB recruit and a 3 star JUCO ATH that is 79 overall.

The makers of this game HAVE to have something personal against LSU. Is it just me or does LSU turn into a dumpster fire/mediocre program in every dynasty?

Try moving up a tier?

See what you can do with a team like Washington State, Colorado, Kansas, Kentucky, Purdure, Illinois, Indiana, Duke, Wake Forest, Iowa State, etc. They're the weaker schools in big conferences. See what you can do for a few years. You can kind of slack on recruiting a little bit if you want to, since the plan will be to move on.

It's a lot more realistic, too. There's often a stop between being in the MAC or C-USA or MWC and being the coach of a powerhouse like Tennessee or Nebraska. That's how it worked for guys like Urban Meyer, Butch Jones, Brian Kelly, etc.

Last year in my dynasty LSU was ranked 99 straight across the board. We (Tulane) played them and were getting handed in the 4th quarter. Then we made a furious rally & lost by 3. My QB threw for over 300 on their 99-ranked defense. Sure it was a rivalry game, but my team (a C+ ovr at the time) should've never made it that close.

LSU went on to lose 3 straight games, en route to a dismal 7-6 finish. They won their bowl game, but a 99-ovr team should never be in the COMPASS Bowl to begin with.

I also recruit much of LSU's leftover Louisiana scraps. So I guess the gamers do hate LSU...

In my dynasty Les Miles stayed @LSU until he retired with 300ish wins.

I don't remember who took over after Miles retired but LSU has been a ton 10 program nearly every year (I'm in year 17 now).
