I'm not sure if this has been asked but is there any way we can change the positions of the players in the web application. I want to change a QB to RB and so on but can't because the option is not available. When I download the team and take them into a dynasty it still doesn't allow me to change the positions of the players. It will really help with creating a near perfect roster.

No. We are mapping the rosters to the rosters on the disk, and those things changing would blow up when you downloaded.

Well, it sounds like you just answered this, but I'll go ahead and ask anyways.

Would it ever be possible (in future versions) to be able to edit rosters on the PC, and then download to the game ala TeamBuilder? Reason I ask is it would make the roster editor's job that much easier, plus it saves time for all involved and it's easier to manipulate. Any thoughts?

I don't see EA giving us the ability to do any sort of editing without using the tools they've provided.

Adam, a question regarding player equipment. You stated previously that individual equipment edits aren't possible other than as part of a dynasty. How exactly is equipment assigned? Is it purely random, semi-random based on position and/or place on the depth chart, or by some other means?

Also, would it at least be possible in future to include a team wide "retro" option that would act as a filter (i.e. no revo/DNA/Adams helmets, no tucked sleeves or gloves, ankle socks only, etc.)? Such an option would be a godsend for those of us who are using TB to build pre-mid 90's squads.

Will there be an option to do a search by year? It's a field that is filled out for a Teambuilder team, but I noticed that we can't search by it.

It would make it easier to search for classic teams.
