I think you're reaching a bit there. Announcing that we can assign neutral site games doesn't elude anything toward creating stadiums. However, it would be a nice addition.

You're definitely reaching. It does give me hope that they'll fix the crowd split issue when using neutral site stadiums, though.

Let us pray that we can just create divisions. Instead of having to swap out a team. This way we can make the college football landscape as real or as fake as possible.

Of course I know you are both probably right its just something about the way the devs keep using the word "create" when they could just say assign or schedule. Also, with the news that Madden could be getting an Owner mode makes me think NCAA could get an AD mode which would definitely point to stadium creation imo
