And when they say next year, they mean next Holiday season, like November/December not January/February.

Yeah, it's a one year timed exclusive and the entire thing still baffles me but whatever.

I can wait a year vs paying $400 for an XboxOne for one game.

Kudos to Microsoft for allowing us PS users to play the game. I get why they are doing the one year exclusive to stand behind their loyal customers who have Xbox's. I am just happy I can get it eventually.

If I had the money I would have an XboxOne but it just is not an option.

Smart move by Microsoft to put Tomb Raider on Games for Gold. Beat the game before on PC, but this run through the definitive edition has me ready for "Rise"

Screen comparisons between 360 and Xbox1. Same day release for both versions. I'm sure I don't need to point out which is which.

Thanks for the comparison pics. Yeah, there's obviously a difference but it's not major enough to warrant buying Xbox One if you already have an Xbox 360. It's the gameplay and content that matters. I'll wait for reviews and comparisons. If the Xbox 360 version is 100% the same except for visuals, I'll probably buy a cheap 360 used and then just sell it once I finish the game.

It's been two years now, every game that comes out Warrants a person buying an Xbox1 over having a 360! Lol! The new Black Ops doesn't even have single player campaign on 360. Yeah, it's past time to finally move from last generation to current gen.

Not for me. I had an Xbox One earlier this year and sold it within a month. Out of all the exclusives, only ONE interests me and that's Quantum Break. Rise of the Tomb Raider is a one year timed exclusive and if I don't play it this year on Xbox 360, I'll just wait for the definitive complete PS4 edition next year. Not a big deal when I have almost ten games between now and late February.

If I can snag a cheap Xbox 360, I'll buy Rise of the Tomb Raider, 100% it and then sell it both together. Cross gen games (like Rise) are minimal when it comes to the differences and those minimal differences are just visuals. I'm not a graphics whore and if Rise looks the same as the 2013 Tomb Raider did when I played it on Xbox 360, that's fine by me.
