What really grinds my gears is people like this that are without a doubt biased and make you out to be the one that's thickheaded.

I had countless arguments with people like this while I was in highschool. It usually started with them stating some senseless reason why something was terrible and me stating the truth of the situation. It would end with them making it clear that I was too stubborn.

I don't get into those arguments anymore because it's obvious that people like that are idiots.

And it's not even just the claims, it's the fact that these people can't see fact when it is right in front of them. You think LT is not top 10, fine. But don't refuse to look at my statistics that say he is.

What also grinds my gears is people who act offended if you don't like something that they love. It's fine that you love Star-Trek or Duran Duran. Don't get pissed at me because I don't. There's no right and wrong in this situation. Different people have different tastes. I once had a college professor who was a Star-Trek fanatic. He got pissed at a kid for calling him a "Trekkie."

"It's Trekker," he responded. "You wouldn't like it if I called your favorite sports team the Road Sox. So let's get the name clear so we won't be insulting me again."

people who slow down to 15 mph, start to turn, THEN turn on their turn signal. You use the turn signal BEFORE you slow down.

You know what really grinds my gears?

When someone fat asks you, "Do I look fat?" And you can't say, "YES, as a matter of fact, you're one obese monster, which in turn makes my eyes bleed." So you say no, and then they bitch about how you really need to say "the truth."

And also, it really grinds my gears to have people in pittsburgh say( i used to live in Oklahoma) "Do people out there still ride in a covered wagon?"

Uh, no. That question just gets to me.
