Glad you liked it! Did you happen to use newspaper or the Weber starter cubes? Been a big fan of the cubes for the past year or so.

I took your advice and used the starter cubes and it was pretty awesome. The flame climbed up through the coals in about two minutes.

Good deal man. They've never failed me. With newspaper, I would sometimes have to add more paper to get the charcoal as hot as I want.

Had some friends over and cooked up some Rib-Eyes, Swordfish, and Linguica. Also did a mixed grill veggie skewer. The wife made some pilaf. I'll get the pics up after work.
