Played this morning forgot to post. Idk if it was just because it was central but defensively it seemed super easy this week.

Re: RIVALS LAST RUN 2028-2029

WEEK 4

***** GOTW *****
#13 TENNESSEE vs #4 FLORIDA

After a crazy week full of upsets and surprises , this long time rivalry is the only ranked matchup of the week and has the potential to be a great game. Florida is on the road but after wins against Texas A&M and Alabama you immediately have to start with their rushing offense which ranks #1 in the country with 411ypg. Thats insane! This team lead by HB Jacob Robinson has 2 backs averaging over 125ypg. The Florida offense talent wise was expected to be the side of the ball that struggled because their talent is stacked on the other side, but if this offense can keep this up this team will be in the championship conversation come seasons end. Tennessee is the opposite, their offense is loaded with talent but their defense is nothing to brag about. This game can go Tennessee's way if they can somehow get a lead and make the Gators pass but thats hard to do when a rushing offense is as efficient as this one. I like Florida to keep the ball rolling on the road this week.

Prediction: FLORIDA 38 TENN 21

Prediction: SC 35 MSU 34
score: SC 47 MSU 28

Prediction: GEORGIA 31 SC 24
score: SC 34 GEORGIA 24

Prediction: GEORGIA 42 LSU 24
score: GEORGIA 49 LSU 42

NEXT ADVANCE
Wednesday Night

***** SETTINGS UPDATE *****
Everybody has a decent opponent this week so we should know for sure if theyll work or if I need to back track. My brother gave up 50 points to Stanford who ran all over him so we'll judge this week.

***** SCHEDULES *****
Next week is the last week to schedule games

U5 GAMES
Notre Dame vs 1 MICHIGAN
5 OHIO STATE vs Minnesota
16 SOUTH CAROLINA vs Lsu
MIAMI vs 13 Florida State
Oregon State vs UCLA

Re: RIVALS LAST RUN 2028-2029

Game was close in the first half. It was 24-21, South Carolina at half. Second half we pulled away because of LSU's Qb, he kept trying to scramble and was running into sacks. Back ups came in during the 4th. South Carolina beats LSU, 59-21.

Re: RIVALS LAST RUN 2028-2029

Miami vs 19 Florida St

55 yard pass on the first drive leads to an early fg for FSU. 3-0 FSU 1st 6:48

After both offenses stall Miami gets on the board with a goalline td run by Smiley. 7-3 MIAMI 1st 2:42

Miamis lead is short lived as 3 plays later Hill takes it 63 yds on a shifty run into the endzone. 10-7 FSU 1st 1:57

Miami tries to answer but the nice drive ends with a dumb pass on 3rd and 10 from the 20. 10-7 FSU 2nd 7:25

Harris completes 2 big passes on the next drive including a 31yd pass to the TE who breaks 3 tackles on his way to the end zone. 17-7 FSU 2nd 3:52

Miami's Tucker finally gets hot hitting 3 big passes as the Canes go uptempo before Smiley caps off the drive with another goalline td. 17-14 FSU 2nd 1:07

Canes force a 3 and out using their time outs to get the ball back, and it works in their favor as Nobles beats his man on a deep ball for an 81yd td before the half. 21-17 MIAMI 2nd 0:31

Miami comes up empty to start the 2nd half but FSU gets it and puts a beautiful drive together in the air, Hill caps it off on the ground for a 10 yd td run. 24-21 FSU 3rd 4:40

Canes stall again and FSU puts together another scoring drive capped off by Hill extending the lead going into the 4th. 31-21 FSU 3rd 0:41

Canes pull Tucker at QB to change the pace of the offense with Leak who started the opening week. Canes go 3 and out, defense steps up however forcing a 3 and out. Leak puts together a smooth drive that ends in a 9 yd run to close the gap. 31-28 FSU 4th 4:59

Canes force a HUGE 3 and out and get it back with 3:50 on the clock to take the lead or tie.. Leak and Smiley put together a clutch drive similar to week 1 against South Carolina and finish the drive with a 9 yd td run by Smiley as he leaps into the endzone for the lead. 35-31 MIAMI 4th 0:37

With only a few passes FSU gets to the Miami 40 with time for one hail mary. The ball hits an FSU WRs hand at the goalline but is tipped and bounces off his helmet where a Miami CB tries to pick it off but misses and it lands in FSU WR Johnsons hands in stride as he crosses the goalline, but it slips through his fingers and hits the CBs back, then shoulder pad before finally hitting the ground. Canes survive.

Smiley gets the game MVP with 3tds but it was the bold move by Coach Cane to throw Leak in the game and pull Tucker who had over 260 yds at the time that changed the game. Leak is the more mobile of the 2 although Tucker has the arm. Coach Cane said post game that Leaks feet can buy him that extra second thats needed with this WR core that lacks speed. Leak also allows for an occasional designed run but to mix up this bland offense, which was evident in the loss against Washington where Tucker played well the whole game but the offense only mustered up 6 points the entire game. Likely that Leak will start moving forward after this late game decision and Leaks second 4th qtr comeback of the year.
