Is there a rule that if you played at college in the state, you get the player?

I noticed Tennessee has Tee Martin, Florida has Chris Leak and Peter Warrick, etc.

Yeah, each team had something like 3 protected states... outside of Texas who only had Texas. And the drafted guys were the one's not listed in a protected state.

My favorite part of the Michigan team is that they couldn't score Wayne Fontes... so they went with his little Brother John. Classic. I can only pray that Captain Wayne-O shows up from time to time.
