Corporate restructuring? You have 2 guys with an idea, how do you restructure?

Unexpected delays? Anyone with half a brain never expected this project to get off the ground. Everything said so far was completely expected.

In madden 18 they had 2 college teams in Texas and Oregon, whets the difference if they have 2 or 126. They were able to license both with no issues, give us 50 teams and I think it would sell

Whole insert sounded like a professional way to say that this is alot harder than we expected.
No way its coming out 2020. Don't see how they can get that type of funding with no real way to sell them on product. Even if by some miracle they get funding, does anyone believe it will sell well at all. If a unlicensed football game with NFL legends couldn't sell that well to masses, I don't see an unlicensed college game selling well at all

They licensed with those schools specifically, and had no actual players. It was also for a relatively small role. It’s very different than licensing for a game dedicated to college ball.

I could go more in depth but in essence, it’s not quite that simple.

Honestly if the customization is highly up to date and user friendly, I believe it will sell, they really only need to make one game if customization is on point. Reason I found myself drift away from NCAA now is the lack of being able to update uniforms and the lack of playoff... I don't want to have to use an editor for it. If they make it so can customize almost everything as they state , even with generic rosters and conference names, of it has the college football dynasty vibe, 12 games, bowl games, playoff and recruiting is good... I think it will sell least the first version to let us do all the customizing on the the consol

The thing about that is just soooo incredibly lazy. Make a game so that the masses can make it into NCAA? If I am editor putting in all that work, I want a piece of the pie.

Not sure what you mean by being an editor? Like someone who makes teams and conferences etc?

If so, it wouldn’t be much work to each individual. Just look at teambuilder for NCAA, essentially a community effort. Within days every team will have been made by someone and available for download into the game. You would be able to pick from at least 10 versions of Ohio State, for example.

Now if there’s certain team makers that do an excellent job or great rosters, I’m sure a market would open up if they were so inclined. Guys would demand PayPal of so much for access to their teams or something.
