Would be shocked if the defending champs have a comeback in them.

This is what I thought would happen last year. I guess will have to live with remembering last year for a long time. The Braves hitting usually dies in the playoffs and looks like they are back to normal.

Stuck with an below average manager, stuck with the trying to hit a HR with every at-bat, and results with this all the time.

3 HRs for the Braves and only 3 runs because they can't get anyone on base. Phillies are just putting it play and hitting to open spots.

Announcers said you don't see teams bat around in the playoffs and I thought you must not watch Braves playoff games, they usually have 1 blowout per series.

Incredible! We fight tooth and nail with Atlanta with the same number of wins in season and playoff wins and it's the Phillies who triumph in the Division Championship!

My apologies to my fellow Braves fans. This one is my fault. I may have sacrificed the Braves to the sports gods for the greater good this weekend.

Didn't get to watch this game, but doesn't seem I missed anything. First two games the teams played pretty even, but the Phillies dominates the last two.

While it is a disappointing end, that's October baseball for you. I'm still flying high from last year and am not all that down. Just build on the core roster we have now and win the division again next year. All you got to do is make the playoffs, anything can happen once you do. Hardly does the best team win it all, we proved that last year, and the Dodgers prove it basically every year.

Still was a fun season. I was really hoping to rematch with the Dodgers, but now I'll root for the Guardians and Padres the rest of the way.
