Rumored that the Royals will trade David DeJesus and put Josh Fields in his place.

Article on the Halladay situation and a list of potential suitors:

The Brewers are on the list!!!

Frankly, i'd almost rather see them stay away rather than mortgage their future for one year, like 2008. It was fun when CC was here, but frankly that deal thinned out their farm. I'd rather see them sign some mid-level free agents. If a Halladay deal were to be made, i'd have thought JJ Hardy would be part of it, but he's gone now. The Brewers just can't put the pieces together to swing it and still have any semblence of a farm system left.

Believe in the process. It led to them signing Wilson Betemit earlier today.

Sounds like the Orioles are really interested in Dan Uggla. I'd love to have him, but if they trade Jake Arrieta for him I might go crazy.

They could move him to 3B, but he won't stay there for long with Josh Bell coming up in the minors.

Uggla could also move to 1B. Uggla could put up some monster numbers at Camden Yards if this happens.

Re: 2009-2010 Hot Stove League

IIRC Uggla killed the Jays in interleague this past season

Anyways the Yanks are now in the race for Doc according to SI. "sigh"

I have a feeling that by spring training Doc is gonna be gone.
