Dan Haren not traded to Cubs because of bad medicals. now a free agent because th Angles declined his option. Not the end of the world

Cubs pulled the offer because something medically wasnt right and and Theo did the right thing....

So a reliever for a utility infielder (acquired for a manager) and a longshot prospect? Although I think the Blue Jays got Rogers just for advertising purposes.

This trade confirms that Edeiny Hechaverria will be playing one of the middle infield positions next season in Toronto. It'll be interesting to see what AA does in regard to the middle infield situation.

Also seeing that Haren is now a Free Agent maybe the Jays can give him a competitive offer and see if he bites.
