It's really up in the air at this point. Three coaches have their teams in, or on the brink of, the playoffs that many predicted to finish last in their divisions.

I think it's down to Reid, Mangini, and Payton.

My vote would go to Mangini.

IMO, it's down to Mangini and Payton.

Fisher won't get truly serious consideration unless the Titans get in the playoffs.

I think Payton will win it. I know Mangini had a lot less to work with but just the whole story behind New Orleans is enough to put Payton over the top for me.

Fisher, no doubt to me. Although he won't win. He's doing more with less than anyone. If he had Drew Brees, Colston, Bush, Joe Horn, etc. I think they'd be a playoff team as well.

Hell they almost are now.
