I thought Antonio Bryant was much more of a comeback story. He didn't even play last year and had a career year for TB.

The premise of the award isn't really having a good year after "sucking". It's more an award after coming back from injury and rarely after having a healthy subpar season.

I'm glad he had a good year after the Jets just dumped him for Farve. That's like in your face type stuff right there...Now His team going to the playoffs while his old team who threw him in the streets is looking for a head coach sitting on the couch drinking brews.

Agree. Chad has a very likable personality and a lot of heart. He took so much criticism in NY it's ridiculous, but he always seems to bounce back.

Possibly because Pennington was the leader of a team that was 1-15 the year before and now a division winner a year later.
