He did have or has had that much talent around him. Remember 2005, McNabb to TO? How did that work out? If I recall, McNabb coughing it up all over the field, literally, on the SB stage. People make far too many excuses for McNabb and he has had his moments of being anti-clutch as well. Not to mention, he's very sensitive about criticism as well, but he does get a slight-free pass from the media since he plays in Philly, where all fans hate everyone.

IMO, this is Romo's make or break year. No excuses, coaches on the hot seat, no distractions, now the unquestioned "leader" of the offense. If he doesn't get it done this year, then I'd say the Cowboys organization should begin to start looking into future QB options (not saying get rid of Romo but start grooming a new guy).

"People make far too many excuses for McNabb"

You mean like Cowboys fans do with Romo? What's his excuse gonna be this year if he fails to come up big in the clutch? Since they can't blame Owens,I guess it'll be the coach this year. Like somebody said,Romo is nothing but fools gold.

He's north/south and just as one-dimensional as he's making Romo out to be.
In football the two end zones are divided into areas north and south. In order for one to cross into that zone he must either go north or south.

What you are saying makes no sense to the fact that the majority of running backs only need to go north/south to reach the end zone.

on the other hand Jacobs not the greatest player in the world. He must first be able to score touchdowns way beyond the inside of the 5.

with another hand...I hate the Giants and everything they represent...
