Re: Broncos @ Bengals

It shows how pathetic the Bengals are as an organization. If that happened to any other team I follow I would be pissed and mad that we lost like that. But since it was the Bengals I just laughed and changed the channel right as Stokely ran into the endzone.

That pretty much describes what its like being a Bengals fan.

I saw the original post about this. I don't know what the rule is. I thought no one except the referee or replay official could call for a review with under 2:00 to go. It sounded like the Bengals called a timeout after the Caldwell well play, they weren't charged a timeout at that time, they likely called the timeout to get a review, the booth reviewed it, saw that he didn't get in, the ref reset the clock to what it was when the Bengals called the timeout, finally charged the Bengals with a timeout, and they moved on. Maybe I'm missing a detail in there. I swear Gus Johnson said the Bengals called a timeout after Caldwell made that catch at the goal-line though. I'd have to watch the whole sequence again.

Don't forget to add the part of imagining the feeling of what it would be like to have a world class soccer player kicking you in the balls when you're not wearing a cup.

Re: Broncos @ Bengals

My oldest daughter is a Bengals fan and was rubbing it in when the Bengals went up 7-6. I told her "I'm not worried, the Bungles will find a way to lose this game".

LOL - I seriously didn't believe that would happen.

He was okay from what I saw of the game. Missed a couple of tackles. He was one of the safeties (along with Chris Crocker) that went after Marshall on the tipped ball that Stokley caught and ran back for a TD.

Yeah, I saw that and he led the team in tackles.

Did he? I didn't see the whole game. Just watched the 1st and 4th quarters. Apparently he did most of his work when I wasn't watching. I'm rooting for him to do well. The Bengals could use his experience in the secondary.
