top 5 QB's of all time

For my money, I have never seen a better QB.

I am as big of a Dan Fouts fan as there is.

But Fouts played in an offense that was tactically ahead of it's time, and really took advantage of the defense. Not to mention Fouts played with a HOF TE, and HOF WR. Plus Wes Chandler and John Jefferson were better than any WR Elway ever played with. And Fouts when he was putting up big numbers also had RB's like Chuck Muncie and James Brooks behind, also better than any RB's Elway had until TD came along.

From 1990-1998 we saw Steve Young and Brett Favre win 5 of the 9 MVP awards. Who was better? Good question.

Still not sure they were better than Elway in that span. I can see the arguments for them. But not sure.

I've mentioned him around here before. Hard to get any love for the forefathers of this great game around here.
