Re: NFL Off Topic

There are also probably fewer PSA slots in the regular season, ad space more lucrative and networks hit quotas with other spots during other programs.

Re: NFL Off Topic

Listening to Russillo and Kannell on ESPN Radio . They say, at this point, the Lions are projected to have the number 1 pick in the 2016 draft. They think the Lions should look at trading Stafford and maybe going after Jared Goff . What do you Lions fans think of this?

Also, they also want to know what Texans fans would think of the organization trading for RG3 or Kaepernick?Which one would yall rather have? Kannell says RG3 has too much baggage (injury history, teammates not liking him, etc. )

Re: NFL Off Topic

Can the Lions get out of Stafford's contract if they trade him?

That is without a big cap hit?

I can't speak for Keapernick. But I see no reason that a team that wants to run a pro-style offense would invest the time in RGIII. He doesn't seem to be the kind of guy Bill O'Brien would want to QB his team. I clearly could be wrong, but I think that Griffin is probably more suited for Andy Ried. He's has pretty good success with Donovan McNabb, Mike Vick and Alex Smith in the past. He seems to be able to scheme an offense that takes advantage of mobile QBs and their unique skill set. Plus Griffin would be an obvious arm strength upgrade over Smith.
