Seattle would certainly be the favorite in the NFC if they keep home field .

Would the Saints even get past another game against San Fran? Lol even if they got to the SB, they gotta play it in the Meadowlands....in Feb. LOL.

Kaepernick has been a disappointment this year, but even a disappointing Kaepernick is much better than Alex Smith and his 6.1 YPA.

My post from last week's SF vs. CAR thread:

After next week's meeting against the Saints, the 49ers will be 6-4.

This weeks: Same exact thing (SF vs NO):
Two wasted time outs to prevent a delay of game call. Kaepernick holds the ball too long. Plus receivers can't get separation.

Kaepernick: [17/31] [127-yards] [2-TD] [1-INT]
SF team Total Net Yards 196

Is it possible that's because of the offense he's playing in with KC and the fact they are relying on defense to win right now? It is by FAR the lowest of his career. When he was replaced in SF last year he was completing 70% of his passes at an 8.0 Y/A clip with a 13/5 TD/INT ratio. Kap was basically Smith with a lower completion % after he took over last year.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...utely-correct/

Argument from "league source" Brees call was correct.
