Writing off the #1 seed? Yikes.

Best matchup Philly could have gotten. Not that you want the defending conference champs coming to town with one notch already on their belt and a massive chip on their shoulder, but I think Philly will take that over Cam Newton and the Carolina defense or Brees (2-0 vs PHI in postseason including a road W) with Ingram and Kamara.

Nick Foles or Matt Ryan?

Hmm tough decision.

The Eagles haven’t played the same after Wentz’s season-ending injury. It doesn’t matter that they possess the first seed. With Nick Foles leading the way instead of Carson Wentz, the Falcons have a realistic chance to advance.

Falcons have already opened as the first 6 seed favored over the 1 seed ever.

If Philly had Wentz, I’d pick them all day, everyday. As it is, I like Atlanta, not that I don’t think the Eagles can win.

Re: 2017 NFC Wild Card Round

Falcons are going to be a trendy upset? pick next week and while I agree Philly hasn't looked all that hot with Foles under center.. I'm actually liking what they can do at Home, if their Defense and running game shows up, all Foles needs to do is keep the chains moving.

Final game of Wild Card weekend, hoping for a good one. I actually think Cam Newton shoulders the burden today and comes up with a huge game, making magic scrambling out of the pocket, and hitting McCaffery for some big gainers out of the backfield.

The Falcons are favored, so it wouldn't be an upset in terms of betting.

As for the Panthers game, I don't really know what to expect. I don't have a good feeling because the Panthers were pumped up for the regular season rematch and couldn't do anything. I don't think much is going to change unless Olsen has a huge game and the defense tackles better.
