Still one point back after yet another sweep. The Bulldogs haven't lost since the 2nd Gopher game (12 games) and have won 7 straight.

You guys have been on a very nice run.

How much did you have to pay the scheduling department to get you Mankato, UAA, and Tech each 4 times a year

Ha. A nice going away present from the WCHA? Really though, just luck of the schedule rotation. Certainly been on the other end of it before.

The Yoopers strike as Michigan Tech beats Minnesota (LOL) allowing UMD's tie in Madison to pull them into a tie atop the WCHA. UMD was down 2-0 after 1 and came back for the 3-3 result.

A loss to Michigan Tech isn't quite an (LOL) anymore. They are a solid hockey team. Really impressed with them tonight.

Need a big win tomorrow night.

It's nice to see us stay number 1 in the WCHA after this rough patch we are going through. A team as young as ours is going to go through a couple rough patches, and UMD (along with every other team) is going to go through one at some point.

I still really like our team come March.

You're right, but I always have to get in a jab when the Gophs lose at home to a team they should be beating. UMD did just go up to Houghton last week and swept them. I'm actually at a friend's in Burnsville for the weekend. I'd like to get to the game tomorrow, but it's not looking like it's gonna happen.
