My biggest gripe so far is seeing two runners tag and score from second on deep outs to center. Pretty unrealistic in my opinion.

I've been through this with Sony before. If they refund your wallet, you won't see it for two weeks. It's not instantaneous.

Definitely! I love the physics engine in the game. The variety of hits is amazing. This plays like a real game of baseball.

You can't pre-load the second throw of a double play. I have found that you have to hold the button longer in order for the relay throw to be made.
