I don't think I saw anybody make this yet.. Just wanna hear about everybody's different players and how their season is going ..

I just made a 2nd baseman with the anomaly archetype with the plans to go to my Hometown Chicago Cubs... I haven't played the show since 2017 so i am a little rusty.. So i bombed the showcase and am now playing the showcase games got 2 hits in the 1st game 1 double and 1 triple.. On to the 2nd I will keep u posted

So i got Drafted 15th round pick 17 by the Cubs.. I had 3 hits in the 2 games and 1 error. But i can't figure out how to upgrade my player everytime i go to the attributes it says nothing

you upgrade attributes by just playing games and training sessions. you don't get like points towards putting into whatever attributes you want like in years past. Training sessions can increase specific attributes and they can also increase the caps of attributes.

I've noticed that I haven't been given as many training opportunities as in the previous two games.

Each of the last few seasons, I haven't received any offers outside of the one from the team I had just played for. My agent keeps asking if this is my last season, and I always reply otherwise. Does anyone know what age it forces you out? My guy is 45 now.

So far through 5 games I am batting .473 with 5 RBIs and 1 HR... On dynamic hall of fame difficulty atm

Once the TrueSim roster drops and WarmWind's Impact sliders, Ill start my two RTTSs. One 1st baseman and one pitcher. If I were actually a player this would be senior season in college and be drafted in June, so I think Im going to do that with RTTS this year and keep returning to college until its time to be drafted.


I see you guys think training opportunities are lesser this year, but i think with how many chances we get to progress in skills and relationships on the field, that might be by design.

Well, I created a new guy since my carry over from the past three games freezes at the first game every time (kept the save in case this gets fixed). Anyway, I did the showcase and got drafted round 16 by marlins. Chose to go to college and try again. Thought it was odd my player didn’t progress in any stats and did the training showcase next year...complete with the same interactions from other players. I must have impressed cause I was drafted round 15 by the tigers. I like the immediate feedback, but some things are flat out stupid. For example, I had a 3-0 count and took a pitch and it was a strike and took a hit on plate vision. Really? I’m a teen in the minors and you want me to free swing on 3-0 counts? Those things bug the heck out of me.
