Next Gen Tennis Title?

Ok, knich, I was tempted and I caved. Tennis Elbow is not bad at all.
Now, is it really true that I can get a full patch of WTA/ATP stars and play any tournament I want? Any recommendations on patches?

Looks interesting but I'm not looking for an online mod. I'll never play online. The Sam Megapatch looks good enough to begin with for me.

Watching Wimbledon on ESPN and hoping 2K or another gaming company will give next-gen tennis a try! It's been long enough now that I think a new game would sell pretty well. Obviously, the install base still isn't extremely high for PS4 and/or XBox One, but by the time a new game is released, things will be looking much better.

Has anyone heard any rumblings lately?

Sam Megapatch is the best and most comprehensive. Just follow carefully instructions. Make sure you set the courts to 2D though.

It makes no sense that there is not a tennis game on the horizon. One of the best games for a console, yet no one can nail it.

I believe game companies have officially over thought sports games.

yea. tennis is a great console sport to replicate and honestly can be easily done. this isnt football with 22 players clashing into each other. lets go developers!

I don't think we'll see any PlayStation 4 or Xbox One tennis games until the install bases improves significantly in Europe.

These games make most of their money overseas, and those territories haven't sold a lot of next-gen consoles thus far.

Until then, there's still Tennis Elbow on PC, Top Spin 3 on Xbox 360/PlayStation 3, and Grand Slam Tennis on Wii.
