Game was unfinished and the purchase wasn't to my satisfaction and expectations. They refunded the amount as a one time good will gesture.

Thankfully I too was able to get a refund for this joke of a game. I think I'll wait for a price drop on AO before deciding if I'll get that game a chance. Honestly I haven't been impressed by what I've seen from that game either.

Those of you that managed to get refunds did anyone do it through email? I've been trying to get a refund and I've just been told they won't give me one because I downloaded the game. I have written a rather heated reply!

I did the online chat session and said it was mistakingly purchased (which is the truth since preordering from this company clearly is). Either way, not sure the reason matters and PS Store gives a once a year courtesy refund. Not sure which platform you’re playing on.
