Hogan/Savage WM5, the blowoff to my favorite storyline they've ever done. Just listening to the commentary for that match could keep me entertained

Rock vs Austin II - WM17

Roman vs Brock vs Seth.

A phenomenal sprint that gave the defining moment that you could tell Roman is the next face of the company. Also the outta nowhere moment with Seth cashing in was great.
