Two part question: Will the rosters resemble actual players in the NCAA and will their names be editable like in the football series?

when we create a school, can we put them in a conference? Do we have to replace an existing team?
Will the scores be more varied? In MVP 2005, I found that I could rarely score more than 5 or 6 runs a game, and the same goes for the CPU. Way too many games were within the 3-2, 4-3 range. The run totals were just way too low.
