ESPN NFL 2K7 Announced, Box Art Included (Xbox)

Well, well. Looks like ESPN NFL 2K7 will be available this year.

"2K Sports has announced that they will in fact release ESPN NFL 2K7. There was a loophole in the contract EA signed and they will release the game just before the regular season starts."

I knew it was fake as soon as I saw the headline. EA has ESPN rights now, so it couldnt be called ESPN NFL.

That ain't even right, man. All in a flash I was thinking about how "hush hush" 2K has been about the possible NFL Legends game and for a moment thought that the secrets all made sense because they were working the system to publish a new NFL branded title. Man, I was so pumped I was fumbling for my cell to call a buddy when I kept staring at the box art and it hit me. April 1st sucks. It gets me every year.
