A lot of us here in the studio have been playing the game with the updated Dynamic DNA against the Lakers, and he�s a force in LIVE (not like using Yao with the pick and roll control in NBA LIVE 09 ). Naturally, the first thoughts that a lot of us have whenever a player is revealed as a cover guy for a sports game, is try to tie the cover guy to features/emphasis in that game. Why did you lie to us, it WAS D12 on the cover.. was dwight in the cover because you guys think they will win? and when will you show the gameplay?

Could you give us some insight like are these the new player models used for Live 10? And was that "animation" (dunk) part of the game?

I liked the model didnt like the animation.

It's featured ESPN for 3 years now.

Great stuff Marcus.. I agree with DaWolf on the dunk animation though. I know it's extremely early to be making critiques but it seemed to still have that suction feel to it. Can't wait for all the info, best time of the year to me, get all these details and build the anticipation of getting the game...I feel this will be the year Live surpasses 2K once and for all.

I haven't bought an NBA Live game for like 8 years.. so I wouldn't know, I am 2K person.. but I am considering buying NBA Live 10

Ain't gonna lie, that player model looked pretty fresh.

I hate critiquing so early as well, since it might not even be legit, but yeah, when he took off on that dunk animation, there was some hesitation there. Otherwise, it looked great.

I'm just excited to see some Live 10 news.

So was that actually representative of the graphics/player models? Or was it a fake CGI trailer like 2K did last year?

It might be CGI, but it's still representative of the player models they'll have, which I can immediately tell are a great improvement.
