Re: UNC Tar Heels

I thought Ed Davis was the skinniest player I had ever seen, and then I saw John Henson.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Even skinnier than Durant and Austin Daye.

Re: UNC Tar Heels

UNC up 63-40. 12 Heels have played, 10 have scored. T.Wear is the only one not to hit the stat column.

Good start, Little sloppy at times on offense, thought they played well on defense, We have a ton of depth in the front court which is good keep the bodies fresh.

Re: UNC Tar Heels

TO's were way too high, hopefully that was just freshman jitters. As this tourney progresses it will be interesting to see how this young team responds. Thompson and Davis looked beastly tonight.

Re: UNC Tar Heels

You guys might as well get used to the turnovers. Efficiency w/the ball comes from familiarity w/the system & your teammates. & right now, there is a lot of flux in the rotation. Though it should be noted that about 6-7 of those To's came when the bottom 5 were on the court late in the game.

Re: UNC Tar Heels

About what I expected as well. This team is going to take some time to figure things out with so many new players and guys in different roles. It's not going to be the well oiled machine last years group was. It's good to see the bigs control a game like this and hopefully the guards and the freshmen learn quickly. I'm not going to be surprised if they drop a couple games early in the season but by march they should be tough to beat.
