Im sorry but you cant say that a Miami fan cant talk about cheating just because they haven't been caught yet. Its just like every other program that cheats but doesn't get caught so then basically no one can talk about osu cheating

Team Prestige is effected by winning and losing only in the game. Not NCAA sanctions because its not in the game anymore. If OSU has losing season or underperforms lets say 4 years in a row then a drop in prestige is due. But not in NCAA 12,13,14 should the prestige drop.

So just because the image of the program is blemished right now doesnt mean it should lose its high standing. NCAA will and should come down hard on them. Despite the problems in USC very talented recruits remain interested in them and they still are winning(just need a better coach IMO) so the same for OSU will be but dont get me wrong i do expect some to waver bc the coach that recruited them is gone. There are many that commit to the College not the coach though.

I would like prestige a lot more if it was a rating system 0-100. Then after each year you could have a -10 to +10 range for every team. With most resulting in -2 to +2 ranges every season. It would make it a lot more interesting to take a team at says 40 and make them a 90 over a dynasty.

As it is right now dropping for 6 stars to 5 will take a lot more then a coach being fired esp after a 12-1 season.
