I saw that on Fifa 17, also seen linesmen wander off & I had a defender disappear into crowd after giving away a penalty with ref trying to book him, quite funny really. It’s just a glitch in coding I’m afraid, nothing you can do to fix it.

I think a Formula One game a few years back had an issue where car turned & driver & steering wheel when straight on.
