How do you initiate board play with the hybrid control scheme in 17?

Pressing LB on the XB1 controller now results in your playing going into a shot block ;---;

Just fired up a test franchise. Not much has changed outside of the finance aspect, which u can have all set up and managed for you. You can also turn of gm firing. I encountered a concern. Started a preseason game. Used the exact same camera as the handful of exhibition games I played(medium dynamic) and the frame rate kept taking a dip and there was a lot of stuttering. I had none of this in my other games. I have to leave the house for a fantasy football draft. I will try again later. Let me know if anyone else has experienced this in franchise. Hoping it's a random thing.

Do they still have the opening intro with the city shots followed by the two announcers? I havent seen it in any video.
