Why is rubber guard and some submission attempts so hard to deny?

I hate doing a sweep/reverse when I deny a rubber guard escape. I just want to be able to hold my opponent in the rubber guard for as long as I want.

Also why is there no sweep/reverse when denying in both directions. As it is now you can only flip a person one way.

Rubber Guard in this game does almost everything. You can take full mount, subs, sweeps, hold ppl in the spot forever and ETC...the list goes on.

I agree rubber guard has too many things happening in it. It's fun but just not very realistic at all.

Also it's good that the subs were never changed, they are already very easy to deny and this way lower rated fighters with good move sets won't be wasted. As it is right now you can sub almost anyone with any fighter. I should know i have 1,124 submission wins in ranked matches. That's a lot. lol

Ortega held a dude in rubber guard and smashed him with elbows for like 5 minutes.

Magny just did the same thing.

Ben Saunders has a crazy Rubber guard. He also hit the first Omaplata in the UFC off Rubber Guard.

Dustin Hazelett hit a modified Armbar off an Omaplata, which was off Rubber Guard against The Barncat.

George Sotiropoulos was known for his nasty Rubber Guard. Dominated his fight with Joe Stevenson with RG reversals, and almost finished with an Omaplata.

Shinya Aoki uses it quite frequently, and has hit Gogoplatas off it.
