The only issue I had with having the US sku of 2011 was waiting for an OF with the Bundesliga and the Championship. Pelegrini eventually completed it and did very good work, but UK/EU users had them much sooner. Surveying the OF scene is a big part of the reason I usually wait to buy PES now. The other is I usually want a good solid offline game to combat the winter blahs... looks like I might get that this year.

At this point I'm probably just going to buy it from ebay.co.uk
I just checked out the shopto.net site and it looks like they will ship to U.S. addresses, are you sure about this. I need to find somewhere to import from since I really want the PC version.

I am pretty sure some sites are doing a digital release.

Seriously considering importing just because I rarely play online. I can wait the extra 2 weeks or whatever because I need to time to review the US OFs.

I guess what I am looking for in a OF is accurate rosters, updated league logos and kits for the EPL and anything else is extra. I guess if I can find that in a US one I will get it but know I won't play much online anyways.

Same here I am thinking of doing the same since I am not really an online player. The UK version might be the way to go due to you liking the EPL because I saw some some amazing stadiums create for the EPL last year w/ ad-boards and all. However, I am wondering if the Euro version consist of English language because I would really like an option file with the Bundesliga w/ the second division for the EPL, La Liga, or Bundesliga 2.

No, I'm not sure but that's what I was told on PESGaming.com

I have decided to go American this year. I was worried about how quickly US option files would be out as well. I did some research to see how quickly they came out last year over at pesgaming.com. There were several US version oprtion files out in October and November and there was even a base one that I found out right around release day that corrected team names and logos. If I can find a base option file quickly, I'm satisfied. I'm keeping my amazon pre-order and I'm stoked to being play PES in 5 days baby!

Re: So...Import PES?

The whole import mess is for PS3 right? For 360, I can use any OF, correct?
