I don't understand what you mean by the big picture?

I generally play NCAA 2005 the most. I've tried Madden 2005 and after half a season it feels like NCAA 2005 with fluff. Can't stand Madden and Michaels. I think ESPN NFL 2005 plays well but something is missing and therfore it leaves a empty feeling after a game, I can't explain it.

fair enough.

I own all 3 games and find myself liking Madden the most while NCAA and 2k5 were used all fillers till Madden came out

Okay... IF you're saying that you think the Love Madden/bash ESPN review stinks, then I'm sorry and I apologize. Is that what you're saying, though?
