Re: MLB The Show 17 Supports 4K & HDR on PS4 Pro
Don't buy it , horrible tv for gaming. When tested with a 4k resolution, the input lag was not stable and was cycling from 51.0ms to 67.3ms. Best budget 4K tv for gaming would be Samsung UN40KU6300 20.4ms. Here's a great review http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/ku6300

Re: MLB The Show 17 Supports 4K & HDR on PS4 Pro
I just played for the first time on my new 4K tv and goodness I better play spring training cuz the game was so much faster then on my last tv. I had to switch from meter to pulse cuz I wasn't even near the line and I was waving at pitches haha. It may make me wanna play with a bad team so I don't throw my controller outta anger come Monday night

Are you playing in game mode? That actually sounds like it could be a lag issue.

It's one of the fastest TVs out there so I know it's not a lag issue

Also, "fast" could be in reference to its refresh rate as well. Hey, just trying to play process of elimination is all. One bit at a time.
My newer Samsung plasma actually performs fastest when I edit my HDMI input name to "PC." It is slightly faster than Game Mode for me. I wonder if any new 4K TV's run faster with that as well.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

What model TV? For all we know, it was measured in Game Mode.

LG UH8500. Ya I wasn't getting defensive. I played one game. Maybe it's cuz HDR isn't enabled for MLB16? I'll play later on Game Mode to see but won't HDR not be enabled if I play on game mode for MLB17?

Your TV should have a HDR game mode. My LG C6 does.
