So currently I'm not sure there is a way to have two different rtts saves with different settings, without changing the default profile every time... Anybody run into this issue?

Got drafted as a 3B by the my favorite team (Pirates) for the first time ever. Hit around .250 in AA and got called up to the bigs in September. I had hit like 12 HR and 40 or so RBI but seemed a little unrealistic in the call up haha oh well.

Started 2018 back in the bigs as well.

You had 12 HR and 40 RBI during your September call-up? That's like a 70HR 200+ RBI pace...

Oh, for anyone struggling, I suggest switching to "Strike Zone" camera for at-bats. I didn't like the idea of using this camera b/c it zooms in so much that you can't see your character, and it's aesthetically pleasing for me to see my guys swing animation, etc. BUT...once I switched I went on a tear. The pitches that used to fool me, I can see their break better and earlier now and it helps me to lay off. Don't get me wrong, I still had some stupid lunges, but, it dropped dramatically.

Also, I was using direction hitting. Switched back to zone and that also aided in my resurgence.

Does anyone know how you change positions? In the past you you could ask for a position change through the interaction menu but that's no longer an option.

they'll change the position for you...i saw ramone russell talking about this in an interview and I felt this would be an issue

my guy is an outfielder playing 2B; I received a phone call from my agent midway in my 2nd year claiming that he's trying to get me back in the outfield

hell, I've played most of my career at 2B, may as well keep me there.

I also just received a tweet from STARTING FIRST BASEMEN that just said "what's up?"...another bug where I believe this was suppose to be filled with whoever started at 1B in the all star game. SMH...this game is very buggy and clearly unfinished.

I made a L/S 3B killed it in the showcase was drafted in the 1st by the Dbacks. Played through (skipped a lot) first season in AA. After resigning with the Dbacks I'm immediately traded to the Twins...ugh and assigned to their AAA club. Then flipped 3 weeks later to the M's and promoted to the show. Weirdest thing I've seen is a 3 hr game by Ben Revere including a game winning 400 ft oppo-taco...just wtf

Well maybe that's why I suck, I'm just seeing how he pitches and going from that. I agree they need a notification but don't you see that in the game cut scenes? I don't know as I've not batted yet in RTTS.

Most of the time you just see your batter and not what happens before you come up to plate.

Ugh, I'm a SS playing RF, had a meeting with my manager who said he'd like to switch me to RF permanently, I said no, he said he admired my conviction and would switch me back. Going on 2 weeks since, I pretty much exclusively play RF. Just hired an agent hoping they could twist their arms into putting me back to SS, disheartening to hear it might not happen. Right field is incredibly boring to me.

I love RTTS but I guess since I'm an American League pitcher I will never be able to bat eh? Almost wondering if maybe I should restart the whole thing and be something other than a pitcher so I can bat. I love pitching but it's actually the batting I would like to work on as that is what I suck at.

I make a starting pitcher and a position player every year. Then I just bounce back and forth between them to keep my skills reasonably well-rounded.

you're stuck. I just finished my second season and I'm still at 2B

my agent even asked me to get traded so i could go back to the outfield and I said YES look into that

still nothing. not even in the off season. it looks as though once you are moved, it's permanent.

Haha I wish; I meant in AA. Went straight from AA to the MLB with those numbers in my first year.

Why is my 16 RTTS not showing up on MLB17. I can see it under cloud application saved data, but its not pulling up in game. Any ideas?

I didn't have that issue but some have mentioned that re-downloading 16 can fix any carry-over issues.

The whole position switching thing just doesn't seem that great of an idea to me. Alright, management wants me to try another position, fine. But it seems like I should be able to get back to my original position if I want.

The game also seems incredibly inconsistent in how they programed these cutscenes. I just had one trigger on my AA closer about three weeks into the season, and he demanded that I become a starting pitcher. I said no, and he benched me. Calendar moves ahead one day and another cutscene triggers with the same dude now praising me for having such a hot start to the season.

Come on, get it together...
