Winning a WS in RTTS. When I'm a hitter, I blame myself. In my pitcher careers I am always dominant in the post-season but my team's offense disappears and we lose in one of the Championship Series.

        I will claim you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Going two games in a row without hitting a line out drive to an infielder. I do it at least once a game.

              -Hitting for the cycle.

I've come close - even so much as getting the triple and the HR, but for whatever reason I can't finish the deed.

-Hit .300 with a pitcher (that has the usual pitcher hitting ratings).

-Replicate some of Rickey Henderson's best seasons with a leadoff hitter-type player. Not a fast guy that's a 40/40 type, but a guy with like 50 power or so, good contact and runs like the wind. 100+ BB, 100+ SB, at least 10-15 HR. I'd love to do that even once.

Last year I had a perfect game blown by an error on the last batter, I was crushed. Then the next batter got a cheap hit so I lost the no hitter as well. The game gets so tense for me in those moments and it was such a let down.

I had always wanted to pitch a perfect game. This year I got all the way to the 9th inning and I walked the stinking lead off hitter. The pitch was a strike but with variable umps on, he called it a ball. I did get the no hitter though, so at least it wasn't a total waste.

Thing I struggle with is I have Dee Gordon leading off Ben Revere hitting two hole. I will have Dee at third and Ben on first. I try to send Ben to second and 90% of the time the guy at third runs home ! You point the left stick to the guy at first and hit L2! Just never works! So annoying! Why make people use the left stick when you use it for hitting? Why not let me point out that the left stick to first and hit triangle to steal second?

Re: What is your "White Whale" in the Show?

like many others, i've never thrown a perfect game.

i have thrown 34 no hitters (include three straight in the playoffs) over the course of the show from 2010 to 2014. given i rarely walk anyone, around 15 guys per season, you'd have thought one would have become a perfect game. but no.

on eleven occasions, one of the hitters in 9th inning has reached base by one of the following ways:

                              1. pitch call. at least one, often two, blatant strikes being called balls. on one occasion, the penultimate hitter walked on four pitches when every one was completely in the K zone. one of the pitches was middle middle. assume this was a glitch as the announced didn't reference this when they usually question the call a little.

                              2. error. once, the 1B just dropped the ball. once the SS threw it into the crowd. once, the RF just dropped the ball. the RF drop and the SS throw were the final hitter.

                              3. infield single. think it has been happened twice. both on the last hitter. ball hit to SS but the throw didn't make it on time.

these three kind of things have also stopped around 10 other perfect games from happening after the sixth inning.

during one no hitter, i walked 6 guys - all of whom should have been struck out at least once during the at-bat. i only walked 10 that entire season including the playoffs but six in one game.

for a long time, i assumed a perfect game was not possible in the game but clearly this is not accurate. i will be getting MLB the show 2016 in around two weeks and i will continue my quest.

Been playing since '10, I don't think I have ever hit a homer with a pitcher & I primarily play NL games. Was able to do it in the High Heat & MVP series.
