Every year though I seem to start a new guy. for 15 it was a new center fielder. I have enjoyed him so far and may continue with him. He is a base stealer though but I have honestly grown tired of having base running opportunities turned on. base running can easily double, triple or even quadruple the length of one game in RTTS.

The other detriment is wanting to try other positions. through the years I have played 2nd, 1st (twice), CF, SP and Closer. I was thinking about maybe trying SS or 3B this year.
I also want to finish an RTTS career. I still haven't managed to do this.

No hitter/perfect game. Never thrown one in any version of the Show with gameplay settings I normally use.

But I've also never BEEN no-hit either.

I just finished my 2nd season of my Mariners franchise. That's a first...never played through two seasons before.

I want to rob a home run for the first time in an actual game.

Play a whole season with an RTTS position player and have more walks than strikeouts. I think my current season just moved into August and I think I have 40 walks to 35 strikeouts.

That is still close enough that it could go either way.
Ended the regular season on my RTTS player with 61 walks and only 49 Strikeouts so I did it!!

I hate to admit it, but were it not for guess pitch and directional hitting plus a low pitch speed setting, I would have a ridiculously difficult time myself. Maybe my eyes are going bad, but there are times I can't tell the pitch is going to be a 4 seamer or a CB; a 2-seamer or a slider. No matter what camera I use, I don't seem to have the depth perception needed to determine which is which, especially the 2-seamer vs the slider - they have similar break points coming in.

As it is now, I hit .300/30-40/.400/.500 only with a hitter at 83+ on his hit ratings. If I had to use zone I don't know how I would hit. Directional actually allows me to draw walks.

                  Turning a triple play.

I came close to one once but had a bad throw (where I nearly threw my PS4 out the window) and I've wanted to hear the commentating for it.

I have played a full 162 game season with the Reds every year since Triple Play 97.
I have my records and stats written down in a folder at home, yes I am a nerd.
With that being said, this year will be a tough 162 games with the Reds current roster.

I have thrown 1 perfect game on the Show. I was with Johnny Cueto 3 years ago in my Reds season. It was late in the season and clinched the division for me. I made 4 outstanding defensive plays to preserver the perfect game.

I have also been on the other end of a perfect game. Madison Baumgartner threw one against me last year. I stuck out 22 times and only really made solid contact on one ball that their CF ran down in the gap.

Both should be very difficult. Completing conquest is going to take 300+ games and going 20-1 or 20-0 in Battle Royale online might be even harder, especially in 3 inning games.

I think Conquest is just going to take perseverance.

Battle Royale will take skill and probably a little bit of luck.

I think completing Conquest is more of a possibility for me if I can stay away from RTTS long enough to do it.

My white whale is getting a No hitter which has escaped me, i have came so close so many many times and brought several no hitters into the 9th inning just to give up that one hit....

1 out in the 9th, 25 straight outs, and I gave up a single, another single, out, walk, closer in, out.

                                25, and I never reached it...OUCH!
