My biggest issue last year was starters getting pulled early and after 4 innings sometimes, funny thing I’d sds predicted it well, it’s where the game is heading if it hasn’t already wiyh bp pitbujjh 5 innings a game

You lost me here, is that part a word jumble?

I understand the beast you're dealing with when changing intricate and extensive code like what drives The Show.
When coders build on top of older foundations, they paint themselves into a corner and it sucks. I know all about it. It makes it actually impossible to change some things and I guess that's where The Show is at with some of the things people on this forum have mentioned.
I think the game is amazing. I really do, but it's slightly handicapped in some aspects because of building on code from like a decade ago. Some things need to be completely rewritten.. but then when that happens, other things will need partial re-coding and it just gets messy. I know.
I think the devs are doin' a solid job with it, but I do think The Show would benefit greatly from a year of just under the hood work.

Didn't you know, 90% of the people on OS know EXACTLY how game coding works, along with the development schedule of the game and where all the resources go?

Lets expand that to 90% of gamers on the internet know more about game design, game coding and bug swatting than the people who make their living at it.
Seriously, to allay all your worries and fears about these animations:
All of the simple, reasonable explanations posed by others in this thread are correct.
Why is it you can spend time on bat flips, but can’t get the correct glove size for outfielders or have the color editing on equipment correct (wrong for four years now)? Or adding the ability to have home/away equipment (as easy as adding team color 4 and tying it to the pants color)? How about getting those things that’s are actually needed done instead of using that time on fluff.
